## Questions

### What does an edit cost?

Your clip’s length, rounded up to a whole second, times the model’s rate: 70 credits per second at 720p with the default model. The shortest edit with that model is 210 credits; Kling O1 starts at 126. The generator shows the figure before you generate.

### Do credits expire?

Pack credits are valid for 365 days. Monthly plan credits are granted each month and expire when that month ends; they do not roll over. A yearly plan grants the whole year’s credits at once, and they expire when the year ends.

### Do I get credits back if a generation fails?

Yes. If a generation fails, the credits come back automatically. A finished clip that plays but that you do not like is still charged.

### Can I cancel a plan?

Yes, at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
